Plans & billing
See your current plan, compare and switch plans through Stripe checkout, cancel or resume, and find your invoices.
Choose your plan on first login
Brand-new accounts see a full-screen Choose your plan page right after verifying their email — nothing else loads until you pick.
- Use the Monthly / Yearly toggle to compare billing periods.
- Click a plan card to select it.
- Scroll down to Compare features to see a full feature-by-feature comparison before deciding.
- Click the Continue with button at the bottom — a free plan activates immediately, a paid plan sends you to Stripe checkout first.
Tip: Not ready? Click Log out — the same chooser greets you on your next login, and you can always change plans later from Settings.
See your current plan
Your plan, next renewal, saved card, and invoices all live under Billing Information in Settings.
- Click Settings in the sidebar, then click the Plan & Billing tab.
- The CURRENT PLAN card shows your plan name, status, amount, frequency, dates, and the credits included under Features included.
- PLAN RENEWAL shows your next billing date and amount; BILLING DETAILS shows the card on file.
Tip: The card under BILLING DETAILS is captured during Stripe checkout and is display-only — there is no in-app form to add or edit a card. Until you have paid with a card, it reads that card details are not available.
Upgrade or change your plan
- On the CURRENT PLAN card, click Upgrade (it reads Subscribe if you have no plan yet).
- In the Subscription Plans window, use the Pay Monthly / Pay Yearly switch to compare prices — your current plan is marked Currently Active.
- Click Subscribe Now on the plan you want.
- In the confirmation window, read the note about your credits, then click Subscribe (it shows the price).
- Complete payment on Stripe's secure checkout page — you return to Plan & Billing with a payment confirmation.
Tip: Your included credits stay available until the end of the billing period you've paid for, and purchased or referral credits are kept either way. Closing the Stripe page without paying simply returns you to Settings — nothing is charged or changed.
Cancel or resume your subscription
The Cancel button appears on the CURRENT PLAN card for paid, active plans.
- Click Cancel on the CURRENT PLAN card.
- In the Cancel Subscription dialog, choose Immediately or End of the current period — the info note explains what each does.
- Click Cancel subscription to confirm, or Don't cancel to keep your plan.
- Changed your mind after an end-of-period cancel? A Resume button replaces Cancel — click it to keep your plan.
Note: Cancelling removes your remaining included credits: straight away if you cancel immediately, or when the period ends. Purchased and referral credits are kept. An end-of-period cancel keeps the plan active until its expiry date.
Brands on your plan
Your plan also sets how many brands you can be in, and how many brands you don't own that you can pay for. Run more than one brand explains both.
Find your invoices
- In Settings → Plan & Billing, scroll to INVOICES below the plan cards.
- Each row shows the invoice id, amount paid, purchase type (Subscription or Payment), date, and status.
- Click the eye icon to preview an invoice, or the download icon to save it.
- Filter with Select purchase type and the date range picker; the circular-arrow button clears filters.
Tip: Credit top-up purchases show the purchase type Payment; plan charges show Subscription.
