Credits pay for AI images (brand-kit visuals and reference photos included), content ideas and plan concepts, plan refinements, format personalization, AI clips, AI email and song drafts, Brand HQ media analysis, and email sends. Posting, scheduling, captions and other text generation currently cost no credits. The free plan comes with a one-time grant. Paid plans, monthly or yearly, add a monthly allowance, unused included credits carry over one more month, and you can buy top-ups whenever you need more.
Yes, from your account at any time. Upgrades take effect right away. Your included credits stay available until the end of the billing period you've paid for, and purchased or referral credits are kept when you switch.
Cancel anytime from your subscription page. You can stop at the end of the current billing period and keep your plan and included credits until then, or cancel right away. Either way you move to the free plan, and your purchased and referral credits are kept.

Every account comes with its own brand. Your plan sets how many brands you can be in, owned or joined, and how many you can pay for. Labels and managers who run a roster can get more with Enterprise.
